Naku! Kilalang election lawyer may babala sa mga taga suporta ni Leni: “kapag nangyari to, goodbye na si Leni”

Glenn Chong, the election 2016 fraud whistleblower, and the fraud crusader of social media have revealed yet another explosion.

According to his Facebook post, the "ghost voters" of Vice President Leni Robredo is already proven. He even said that when it happens, the VP has to say goodbye.

Chong mentions Sulu Governor Abdsakur Tan who requested that the preliminary results of the technical examination of the physical ballots from Basilan Maguindanao and Lanao del Sur which is a part of ARMM. The technical examination was done in protest against his competitor Mujiv Hataman, which is, in fact, an LP delegate. Hataman was even appointed by former president Noynoy Aquino as OIC governor in 2011.

Tan's recount is that 70%-80% of the physical ballots have discrepancies in the signature part. That means, the real voters were not able to vote, but there were people who were obviously paid to vote using their names.

Chong added that under the jurisdiction or our law today, when it is proven that more than 50% of the votes are proven tampered, then the whole result for the said precinct will be nullified.

However, Chong also explained how the votes of the said precinct were not included in the revision proceedings because what happened there is not the use of "ghost voters" but substitute voting and pre-shaded voting.

Bongbong Marcos already requested a technical examination from PET last 2017, but it was not acted upon immediately. But since results from the same precinct already show fraud, then PET may adopt the results and nullify the votes there.

Chong computed that Leni has 477,985 votes in that precinct while BBM has 169,160. He attributed the 308,825 votes to ghosts.

So, if the precinct itself will be removed from the results of the election, then the votes of Leni will be washed out, which will make BBM ahead with 455,352 votes.

Ipinalabas ni dating Sulu Governor Abdusakur Tan ang preliminary results ng technical examination ng mga pisikal na balota mula sa Basilan, Maguindanao at Lanao del Sur na bahagi ng ARMM. Isinagawa ang nasabing technical examination sa Comelec mismo dahil sa kanyang protesta laban sa kandidato ng LP na si Mujiv Hataman, malapit na kaibigan ni Noynoy Aquino. In fact, itinalaga si Hataman ni Noynoy Aquino noong 2011 bilang OIC Governor ng ARMM.

Ayon kay Tan, umabot sa 70%-80% ang bilang ng mga pisikal na balota na hindi tumugma ang specimen signature at thumbprints ng mga totoong rehistradong botante sa aktuwal na pirma ng mga taong kumuha ng mga balotang ito at bumoto sa araw ng halalan. Ito ang mga multo ng Liberal Party at ni Leni Robredo.

Sa ilalim ng existing jurisprudence ngayon, kapag lumagpas sa 50% ang mga balotang apektado ng anomalya o dayaan at mapatunayan ito, mapapawalangbisa ang resulta ng halalan sa mga apektadong presinto.

Ang 2,756 clustered precincts sa buong Basilan, Maguindanao at Lanao del Sur ay saklaw sa protesta ni BBM laban kay Leni Robredo. Pero hindi ito kasama sa mga bibilanging muli sa revision proceedings dahil ang hiniling ni BBM sa mga presintong ito ay agad ipawalangbisa o i-nullify ang mga nito dahil ibang klaseng dayaan ang ginamit dito – preshaded votes at substitute voting.

Kaya hindi na dadaan sa revision proceedings ang 2,756 clustered precincts na ito. Humiling si BBM ng technical examination sa PET noon pang Mayo 2017. Pero hanggang ngayon ay wala pang aksyon ang PET dito. Pero dahil natapos na ang technical examination na isinagawa ng Comelec sa parehong mga presinto, maaring i-adopt na lamang ng PET ang resulta mula sa Comelec proceedings at hindi na magsasagawa pa ng panibagong technical examination. Malaking panahon ang mabbaawas sa itatagal ng protesta.

Ang boto ni Leni Robredo sa mga presintong ito ay 477,985 votes samantalang ang nakuha naman ni BBM ay 169,160 votes lamang. Samakatuwid, lumamang si Robredo ng 308,825 votes sa mga presintong ito. Thanks to the multo!

Kaya kung mapawalangbisa ang resulta ng mga presintong ito – wiped out at washed out ng vote surge ng totoong boto ni BBM ang lamang na 308,835 votes ni Robredo sa mga lugar na ito gamit ang mga multo. Kaya sa final tally, wiped out at washed out din ang final presumptive winning margin ni Robredo na 263,473 votes. Kaya lalamang na si BBM ng 45,352 votes.
