Muling binanatan ng mga Netizens ang Aquino Administrasyon dahil sa binalita ng News5 tungkol sa ‘Ghost Scholars’ na nilaanan ng P10-M pondo ng Technical Education and Skills Development Authority TESDA noong 2015 na panahon ni Noynoy Aquino.

Ayon sa ulat ng News5, P10-M pondo ang inilaan ng TESDA sa mga pekeng scholar at ito ay ayon sa report ng Commission on Audit.

Ayon sa COA, nagbayad ang TESDA ng mahigit 9.3-Milyon pesos sa AMA Computer College sa Sta. Mesa campus noong 2015. Ito ay para raw sa training ng java computer programming language ng 300 iskolar.

Pero sa imbestigasyon ng COA, lumalabas na nasa 200 iskolar ang kanilang hindi ma-validate.
