FINALLY BALIK KULUNGAN | 4 na warrant of arrest, inilabas ng korte sa Davao City laban kay Sen. Trillanes

Apat na warrant of arrest ang inilabas ngayon ng Regional Trial Court XI branch 54 laban kay Senator Antonio Trillanes sa kasong libel na isinampa ni dating Davao City Vice Mayor Paolo Duterte at Atty. Mans Carpio.

Matatandaan na nag-file ng tatlong libel cases ang presidential son noong buwan ng Setyembre at isang libel case ang isinampa ni Atty. Mans Carpio laban sa senador.

Nag-ugat ang kaso nang isinangkot ni Trillanes ang dalawa sa 6.4 billion pesos shabu shipment na mariin namang pinabulaanan ng dalawa na kung saan umabot pa sa senado ang imbestigasyon.

Bagaman may warrant of arrest ang mambabatas na inisyu ni Branch 54 Presiding Judge Melinda Alconcel Dayanghirang, pinayagan naman ng korte na makalagak ito ng piyansa sa halagang P 24,000 pesos sa bawat isa.
